License
Presently is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The terms below add a few points specific to Presently.
Your account
Keep your password private and your email address current. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.
Presently Pro subscriptions
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Changes and availability
I may update Presently and these terms. If a change matters, I’ll tell you in the app. I work to keep Presently running but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
